You know, it's funny, when people ask me about acting, I always tell them it's not about the glamour, it's about the work. Like, my kids keep me grounded, they don't care about Hollywood stuff. They're just like, "Dad, can you drive us to school?" which is great, you know?

I feel like, when we talk about growth and healing and everything, it's like we need to understand ourselves first, through therapy, through self-reflection, through whatever works, and then we can be better for our kids and break these cycles, you know what I mean?
