So like, I've been watching these videos about gut health on Instagram, and I'm literally obsessed. Like, I think I need to try this new probiotic cleanse thing everyone's talking about. I've been feeling so weird lately, and um, maybe this could help? Just trying to figure things out.

Well, I feel pretty good about my interview today. Like, I was nervous at first, but I knew I had prepared enough, and my experience was really strong. So yeah, I think it went well, even though you can never be totally sure about these things.

So like today my shoulder's really acting up, it's probably like a five out of 10 pain, and I've been trying this new cream thing my doctor gave me. I can't wear any tight shirts because it hurts so bad, so I'm just like wearing these loose t-shirts everywhere.

I've been taking it easy lately, doing some yoga and stretching, it really helps with everything. Been getting more rest too, like actually going to bed early and stuff, and I'm feeling so much better now.
