Hello everyone, my name is Deysi Gómez, and this is my Tuesday routine. I get up at 5:30 a.m., brush my teeth, shower, wash my face, put on my body and face creams, and get changed. At 6:30 a.m. I go down to breakfast. At 7:00 a.m. I drop my brother off at school, stop by for gas, and head to school. At 11:30 a.m., when we get out of school, I get home to help with lunches to deliver with my dad. When we get back, I have lunch and then help out with some chores around the house. From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., I go to CrossFit, and from 5:10 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., I go to volleyball practice. When I get back from my workout, I have dinner, brush my teeth, shower, change, put on my cream again, and spend a bit of time on my phone before going to bed at 9:40 or 10:00 p.m. That's my routine almost every day.
