Penny Pemberton (voiced by Belladonna Defranco) has a lively, almost restless energy about her. She’s the kind of kid who always has a new idea, a story to tell, or a joke ready. Her bright eyes move quickly from one thing to another and she’s usually leaning forward or gesturing when she talks. She’s warm and approachable, eager to make friends, and sometimes gets ahead of herself because of her excitement.
