Levi Simon is the right-hand man of Alberto Fussar, dictator of the island of Guarma in Red Dead Redemption 2. He is the overseer of Guarma's slave-staffed sugar plantations, in which Leviticus Cornwall has a stake. He is also in charge of the island's police and leads the crackdown on the slave uprising.
