Moses said in Psalm 90:10, “The length of our days is seventy years—or eighty, if we have the strength… they quickly pass, and we fly away.” King David said, “Our days on earth are like a shadow.” Even Jesus lived only around 33 years—but that short life changed the world because He lived it for the Father. Ephesians 5:15-16 says, “Be very careful how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity.” We often waste time, distracted by things that won’t matter in the end. We act like we have forever. But we don’t. So how should we live?
