There are some foods that are more harmful than you think and trust me the last one is insane first fruit juice it sounds healthy but most fruit juice has no fiber and way too much sugar your body processed it almost the same way as soda second street fast food it tastes good but the oil is often reused multiple times the creates harmful fats your body struggles to handle third sauces and ketchup just a small amount can be dangerous they're packed with hidden sugar and salt fourth sweet tea and coffee people think it's harmless but when it's louded with sugar it's basically liquid desert and hey I'm not saying don’t eat
