Edgar Ross is the primary antagonist of Red Dead Redemption (2010) and a supporting antagonist in Red Dead Redemption II (2018), serving as a high-ranking, corrupt Bureau of Investigation agent. He forces protagonist John Marston to hunt down his former gang members by holding his family hostage, ultimately betraying and killing him.
