Hi everyone. Today I want to talk about something many high school students face, but not everyone talks about: anxiety. Anxiety can make school feel overwhelming. Tests, homework, expectations, social pressure… sometimes it all seems like too much. And if you feel this way, I want you to know something important: you are not weak, and you are not alone. Feeling anxious doesn't mean you're failing. It means you care. It means your mind is trying to protect you, even if it doesn't always know how. And remember this little message my mom gave me: "I'm proud of you. You're doing the best you can, and that's enough. One step at a time." You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to have everything figured out right now. Take a deep breath. Do the best you can today; that's enough. It's okay to ask for help. Talk to a friend, a teacher, or a family member. Sharing how you feel can make a huge difference. Remember this: you are stronger than your anxiety. Your future is bigger than a bad day, an exam, or a moment of fear. Keep going. Believe in yourself. You can do it. Thank you.
